This is exactly what the Training & Placement Cell bridges between students and placing companies. Pt. Ramadhar J. Tiwari College of Polytechnic has a dedicated team of professionals under the Training & Placement Cell striving to provide assistance to the students. The Cell members counsel and guide students, arrange various technical and soft skills programs that augment the students’ skills and build confidence to crack tests and interviews and meet the expectations of interviewing companies. The Cell also provides consultation to students about employment, roadmap of career, guidance on strengths and weaknesses, etc. until the student gets a satisfactory path for preparing and facing competition.

The Training and Placement Cell provides rigorous training to enable budding engineers face cutting-edge competition in the corporate world. It also plays an important role in counselling and guiding the students and in arranging various technical and soft skills programs which augments the skills and increases the confidence of students when facing various tests and interviews conducted by the companies. The Training and Placement Cell takes pride in offering student services like consultation on a wide range of issues such as employment, career planning, opportunities etc. thereby preparing students effectively for their career. Almost 80% of eligible students are placed every year. Our prime recruiters are TCS, IBM, L&T Infotech, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Reliance Communications, Neebal Technologies, Cognizant, Iksula Services Pvt. Ltd., Paramatrix, Genpact and many more. Students every year participate in pool campus drives and most get placed on our own campus with successful attempts at the interviews.
