Admission Procedure
Pt. Ramadhar J. Tiwari College of Polytechnic offers diploma courses in various fields of engineering and technology. Admission to the first year of diploma courses is carried out as per the norms of Board of Technical Education, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh through Joint Entrance council, U.P. (JEECUP) www.jeecup.org. Candidates must submit their online application form [CAP] with necessary documents to the Facilitation Centre (F. C.) as per the schedule issued by BTE.Institute level admissions and direct admissions to the second year are carried out as per the norms and schedules framed by the DTE and Government of Uttar Pradesh from time to time. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the college, which requires them to be Indian nationals and have passed/appeared in 10th grade with a minimum of 35% marks in aggregate, with 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. ITI or 12th passed students may apply for direct admission to the second year through lateral entry.
The fees for the courses is Rs. 30150/- INR as prescribed by the State Government, and the admission process is conducted as per the schedule prescribed by JEECUP. Candidates must appear for the JEECUP examination conducted by Joint Entrance Examination Council of Uttar Pradesh and participate in the counseling process as per the schedule.
